Someone rang me pretending to be from TalkTalk saying there was a problem with my internet and they could fix it. I told them they’re not actually from TalkTalk and that they’re just trying to scam me, then they just hung up on me.

This morning, I got a call from this number. It was one of those automated messages saying my BT broadband and phone line would be cut off from the next day. They then wanted me to press 1 to find out more, but I just ended the call instead.

I received a call from this number which was just an automated voice informing me that my BT landline and internet would be cut off starting tomorrow. Then, it prompted me to press 1 for more info. I hung up right away instead of complying.
