I got a call from someone saying they were with ‘BT Openreach’, telling me my internet speed was rubbish. Sounded like a call centre to me - when I asked questions about BT, the person couldn’t really answer. I just hung up. This is a dodgy scam that’s been around for ages, so don’t fall for it!
