I got a call from a guy speaking with an Indian accent, who said he was "Thomas" and worked for Virgin Media. He wanted to discuss my internet and mentioned there was something wrong with my router. He asked if I'd go and have a look at it. I just told him there wasn’t any issue and cut the call off.
