But then I asked who was on the policy, and she gave me the wrong details! I hung up straight away and called my life insurance company, who confirmed it wasn’t them at all.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with Aviva, saying they needed my bank info to upgrade my life insurance - thing is, I don’t even have any life insurance with them. Then they emailed me asking me to complete some forms, which felt off. The strange part was they already knew my full name. I’m pretty sure no real company would ask for bank details through email like that anyways.
