Totally dismisses the TPS register and still asks for your bank info. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

some woman called saying she could sort me out with cheaper tv insurance (which i dont even have!). when i asked her what company she was with, she started getting all rude and aggressive. i just put her on hold and blasted ken dodds diddymen for a couple mins, then she ended the call.
