Total scam alert. Got this automated call telling me BT is about to cut off my phone and internet. It told me to press 1 to check my phone line or press 2 for internet issues. Don’t fall for it! I don’t even have BT as my provider, so it was clear as day it was a rip off.

I got the exact same voicemail as the last person mentioned. Since it called a work number, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam!

Got a robo call with some American sounding voice warning me that "my internet service was about to be cut off." As soon as it said that, the call just ended. Sounds like one of those fake calls trying to trick you into letting them into your computer.

Got the same voicemail again, then another ring from 006 1173 2681204. Looks like the scammers messed up and didn’t bother to hide the number properly this time. And honestly, BT hasn't shifted their call centres to Australia or anywhere else as far as I know! Pretty clear this is a scam, so just hang up and don’t bother with it.
