I've received multiple calls from this number and I’m at a complete loss as to who it could be.

I received a phone call from someone claiming to represent Halton Hospice. They wanted me to take part in a lottery aimed at supporting charitable causes. However, I found the caller's tone rather dubious and not at all convincing. That’s what has me concerned!

Every time I pick up, they just cut the call straight away. Got about half a dozen calls in the last two weeks.

i wouldnt even bother answering calls from numbers you dont recongise. Most times, they just ring once and hang up right away. after that, your phone will get bombarded with annoying spam calls like telemarketers and ads. some of these calls could even carry Trojans! so seriously, dont pick up unless you know who it is. stay safe and good luck ☺️
