I strongly advise you to put this number on your blocked list without a second thought! It's undoubtedly a scam linked to a so-called lottery. They attempted to coax me into signing up for some Hospice Lottery nonsense. Thankfully, I saw through their ruse and didn't get caught up in it!

Some guy from India kept asking loads of odd questions but never mentioned the company he supposedly worked for, which honestly is usually a big red flag that he was trying to scam me.
