Got a call from a blocked number around Runcorn near Liverpool, left a voicemail but it was totally unknown to me. After reading some other comments here, looks like it might be one of those pesky life insurance cold calls or a scam. Decided to just block the number straight away on my phone.

I experienced quite the wait before someone picked up, and they initially inquired about a Tammy Tamper. Then, out of the blue, they started pushing life insurance. What a load of rubbish! I've since added this number to my blocklist.

The caller ID showed it was a spam number, but I thought I'd pick up since I was a bit bored. A bloke called James greeted me by my first name and asked how I was doing. I mentioned I wasn’t feeling too great. Then he started asking about my life insurance and which company I had it with. I told him I wasn't about to share that info - bit nosy if you ask me. Suddenly, he just hung up. Bit cheeky, especially since I was kind of enjoying our little banter and was hoping to carry on. What a numpty!

Someone calling themselves ‘Mark Anthony’ from Lifekare rang me up claiming to be based in Liverpool, but when I asked for the head office address, he couldn’t provide it and said he might be able to find out tomorrow. The call was all about reviewing my life insurance, but I could hear loads of other voices chatting in the background. Definitely a SCAM.
