Got a call just now but didn’t pick up since the number was unfamiliar. I'm based in Glasgow. The person on the line spoke English with a bit of a foreign accent and oddly knew my full name, which they kept saying over and over. They never left a message or said why they were calling. Feels quite rude to know someone's name but not bother to say who they are or what they want. Since I don’t know who it was, it’s starting to feel like harassment.

I pick up and they just end the call right away.
