Got a missed call but no voicemail or anything, figured it must be nothing important. After seeing what others said, I just went ahead and blocked the number.

I picked up and there was just silence, then the line went dead. Not 100% certain, but it seemed like one of those auto dialler calls. After seeing what others have said, I’m pretty convinced it’s best to just block and ignore any calls coming from this number.

Some bloke called Malcom rang up saying they could lower my energy bills. But when I told him about the rate I get for selling electricity from my solar panels, he just lost the script totally. Couldn't even answer after that!

I didn’t pick up cause the number was unfamiliar to me.

This bloke called me about cutting down my energy bills. When I asked what company he was from, he said something like the energy saving team - I told him that didn't really sound like a proper company name, but he insisted it was. Then he started asking who supplied my gas, how often I pay, and how much it costs. I told him I had no idea, I wasn't interested at all, and just ended the call. Blocked him straight away.

They didn’t leave a message, which felt a bit dodgy, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number just in case it’s some sort of spam or scam.

Got a call from some stranger acting like they knew me today, but I've no clue who they are. I've blocked the number and warned them if they ring again, I'll report them to the police. I'm sick of these dodgy scam calls. Why can't anything be done? Blocking doesn’t stop them anyway, they always find a way to get through.
