Reports on phone number 01928200250
10 yearsI’ve received calls from 01324 285023 and 01928 200250 regarding so-called survey promotions, and to be honest, I’ve never heard of these numbers. It’s becoming a daily annoyance with calls coming in anywhere from three to five times daily on both my landline and mobile, which, mind you, are both ex-directory. The callers claim to be from various tech companies or even BT, while some peddle loans or inquire if I’m sitting in front of my computer, asking me to input certain information. Others are just pushing deals through BT or similar services. I’ve already reached out to Ofcom and the fraud team, as they keep track of these dubious numbers. I urge everyone to be vigilant against these scams. Remember, no legitimate organisation will ever ask you for sensitive information like your home address, bank details, or personal referrals. If you want to be cautious, put your phone on mute and listen in-take notes and report what you can. Also, don’t forget to utilise call and text blockers on your mobile. They'll help filter out known scam numbers, so you can keep track of who’s bothering you. Stay safe, everyone!BTOfcomSubmit Your Own Report (01928 200250)
