Got a call from someone who somehow knew my name, which worries me since I'm on the TPS list. They said it was about loft insulation. I tried to hang up twice but each time they asked me not to because it "wasn't a sales call." By the third time, I told them I wasn’t interested and that they weren’t listening, then they just hung up on me. Not sure if it was legit, but I don’t usually bother with cold calls.
