I picked up since the number looked local, but it turned out to be one of those recorded calls claiming to be from the ‘BANK FRAUD DEPARTMENT’. Yeah right! They’re now faking local IDs to seem legit. Not falling for that nonsense - got it blocked immediately!

Just got a call from 01926 811 708, and it’s definitely one of those banking scams. Best thing to do is hang up right away and make sure to block the number, don’t even try to speak with them.
