I got a call from someone saying they were from BT's Tech Support, which I doubt is even a real thing. They told me there was some issue with my internet. When I told them I’m not even a BT customer and asked why they were bothering me, they just hung up. Feels like a total scam to me.

I received a call purportedly from the Technical Department of BT-though I’m rather sceptical such a department actually exists. The caller asserted there was an issue with my broadband service. However, I pointed out that I actually don’t have any contract with BT. After my remark, she promptly ended the call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

I received a rather suspicious call today, supposedly from the BT Tech Support team-though I'm not entirely convinced such a department even exists! The caller insisted there was an issue with my broadband. I raised my eyebrows and asked how they could be contacting me given that I don’t have an account with BT. Before I could say another word, she simply cut the line. Quite odd indeed!
