Had pretty much the same thing happen like others mention. Just ended the call quickly, no way was I hitting 1 or anything like that.

Once more, £600 disappeared from my Visa account. They told me to press one, but I just hung up to stop the call.

Just like before, they told me £600 had been withdrawn from my Visa card and to press 1 to chat with someone. Obviously, I didn’t press 1 - I just hung up straight away.
