I’ve never actually dialled this number, but it surprisingly appeared on my phone bill from the Post Office. It’s supposedly linked to medical negligence! They’ve charged me 44p for it. Now, I have the delightful task of trying to convince the Post Office customer service that I haven’t a clue about this number, have never contacted it, and would like my 44p refunded. Honestly, what are the odds of that happening?
