3/2 A quick heads up - NEVER share that 6-digit code with anyone! They use it to change your account password and get right into your profile. After that, they might nick all your info, maybe bank stuff too, or even buy phones on your account that you'll end up paying for. Seriously, if O2 texts you a code, keep it to yourself!

I told him I didn’t think he was from O2 because the text warned NOT to share the code with anyone! He insisted he was an O2 rep and kept pressing for the code. We went around in circles a few times, with me refusing each time. Then he started calling me a “w*****” and said I was wasting his time, demanding the number. I told him a real O2 worker wouldn’t be rude or abusive like that. That’s when he got angry and started swearing, even threatening my family. After 17 minutes, he finally hung up, only to ring back shortly after and shout more insults at me.
