I received a call from a company that I believe was called "ABC", reaching out regarding a survey linked to our upcoming Sky engineer's visit. They threw a barrage of queries my way! They wanted to know if we held a parking permit, whether our place is a house or a flat, how many flats were on the premises, if access to the roof was possible for the engineers, and if there was a chimney present, among other things. The lady on the line seemed rather out of her depth, and the moment I mentioned that these inquiries would be better suited for the property management team, she abruptly ended the call!

A company, possibly "ABC," just gave me a bell on behalf of Sky, conducting a survey about the upcoming visit from their engineer. They even asked if we have a chimney!
