A woman with a Scouse accent asked me about some damage to my car, I said WHAT DAMAGE? She just laughed and then hung up. Absolutely awful phone etiquette, really rude, and you could hear a bunch of others talking in the background, all with Scouse accents. Feels like a scam, very unprofessional and proper irritating. When I picked up the phone, I told the bloke he’d better have a good reason for calling since I was just about to eat. He asked if I’d had an accident in the last four years, which made me chuckle. I told him to get lost and hung up. Then he actually called me back! I just ignored it.
