i got a call from someone claiming to be a BT account manager, they were really nice and courteous throughout the chat.

Somebody rang me saying they're from BT Mobile about my contract running out, but I'm certain it isn't true. My contract isn’t even due. I’d say it's probably not BT at all, just some dodgy company trying to scam. Be careful out there!
