They already knew my address and even repeated my phone number, so I stayed on the line. The lady talked really quickly, making it hard to catch everything! Got a bit fed up with his endless talk, so I asked if it’d cost anything if I got accepted. He said they’d leave a quote, and I told him if it’s not FREE, I’m not interested (since free loft insulation is still offered here). He sounded a bit defensive after that.
