Is there absolutely no one who can intervene with this company? I've sent "STOP" messages a whopping 20 times, yet nothing seems to change. I've got a seriously unwell family member, and these incessant calls are always interrupting her rest. Where on earth are the bloody phone companies when you really need them? Calls at the same hour each day, starting at one in the afternoon. Best to let the answering machine handle it. There's always a lot of noise in the background. They even call on weekends, which is quite bothersome!

I receive calls from this number on a daily basis, and they always refer to me by my first name, as if they know me personally. It's rather peculiar and quite annoying.

I've been getting this annoying call that rings once every fortnight or so. Whenever I pick up, there's absolute silence on the other end. I tried calling back and an automated message informed me that it was Stonebridge trying to discuss a refund and they'll be in touch again later.
