I believe this is either Your Housing Group or one of their contractors, Jackson Jackson & Sons Ltd, based at Jackson House, Red Lane, Rochdale, OL12 9DB. Their registration number at Companies House is 02591346. They’ve also been using these phone numbers: 07940 268526 and 01706 861162. They’ve been ringing tenants and falsely claiming they need to come into homes to carry out a survey. Just to be clear, the BS7671(2022) doesn’t force tenants to let the housing association or their contractors inside for surveys, and it’s not a breach of your tenancy unless your contract explicitly says so. I’d recommend speaking to a solicitor familiar with social housing law. Keep hold of any messages, calls or letters you get as proof.
