When I picked up, there was nothing but silence for a few seconds, then some robotic voice started rambling about energy charges. Definitely feels dodgy to me, don’t fall for it!

Got a call from someone saying they were with Green Energy Network and offering a cheaper tariff. We just switched to Gen who have the best rates, so it felt dodgy right away. The person’s English wasn’t very clear for a supposedly professional company, and whenever I asked questions, they couldn't give straight answers. They even mentioned coronavirus as a reason to update or check my service - definitely sounded like a scam to me.

Got a call today, 29th October at 1:20pm. Picked up but no one said anything. Probably just a wrong number, i guess.

When i picked up there was nothing but silence. Could have just been a wrong number, but they didnt end the call, so i had to hang up after a short while.

Got a call from some supposed energy firm. When I asked how long they’d been around or how many customers they serve, the person on the line just didn’t have a clue. Felt a bit sketchy to me.
