Got a call from the energy advice centre about solar panels for homeowners, the lady was really nice.

Some bloke called claiming to be from the local energy centre. He asked if I was the one who pays the bills at my place but never mentioned my name or address. When I questioned how he got my number, he just said "so that’s a yes." He then just kept interrupting me. I told him I hadn’t agreed to anything and that since he kept talking over me, he was clearly one of those cold callers, then I hung up.
