I received a call regarding a supposed sponsorship for an educational initiative in schools, which I never actually consented to. They reached out last year as well, and when I clarified that I had no involvement in it and had communicated the same to them previously, they simply cut the call. Quite the experience, isn’t it?

It seems to be connected to some sort of sponsorship for educational establishments centered around drug awareness for youngsters. A decade back, I fell prey to their schemes in a botched £20,000 con, which involved frightening me with threats of bailiffs that, of course, never materialised. Just recently, I received yet another call, and as soon as I indicated I believed they were a bunch of fraudsters, the caller promptly ended the conversation.

I was led to believe that I had committed to funding some anti-bullying pamphlets for educational institutions, and now they've been produced. However, that wasn't the case at all. The moment I made it clear that I wouldn’t be settling any fees, they abruptly ended the call.
