Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise. Didn't pick up since it was unknown.

Got a call from someone called ‘Amy’ claiming to be from Retson’s? The number was 01925417559, and she was after a person who doesn’t even live at our place, telling them to ring her back on 01925426100. Sounds like a debt collector to me. You’d expect a proper business to know the basics and have the right info, but apparently not. We’ve had this number for over three years now. We’ve blocked them on our line since then.

I've had a right annoying experience with this number. They ring up, and as soon as I pick up, there's silence on the other end, then they just disconnect. Definitely feels like a dodgy setup to me!

It's probably a scam, they ring you and the second you pick up, they just drop the call.

They requested my date of birth and address before abruptly ending the call.
