This number rings me every day, I pick up and most times it just drops the call or a robot voice of a woman says goodbye and ends it.

I received a call from a chap who had an Indian accent, claiming to be associated with some money advice service in Manchester. He wanted to discuss my personal and financial information, insisting it was to assist with any unsecured debts and that he was connected to the government. It was a complete fabrication! Remember, it's crucial to NEVER disclose any details over the phone, no matter the situation!

Got a scam call today, and the guy was pretty pushy when i said i don't talk about money stuff on phone. He kept yelling "listen listen listen to me" all annoyed. I gave him a quick ear but didn’t wait around much. Then i told him straight up, “Listen carefully, i don’t do finance talks over the phone. Bye.”

Got a call from a bloke from India, kept dodging my questions about how he got my number. After a bit of back and forth, he mentioned it was for some survey. He was pretty insistent, kept going on with "please, just listen madam." In the end, managed to convince him to remove my details from their list. Fingers crossed they don’t bother me anymore.

Picked up the phone and the person on the other end sounded African, asking for my wife. I told them she wasn’t in right now and asked if I could pass a message. After that, there was just silence on the other line!

I informed the caller during our initial conversation that I was registered with the Telephone Preference Service and firmly asked him to stop pestering me. He was attempting to fish for information regarding an unsecured loan. To my annoyance, he called back on two separate occasions. I voiced my frustration the second time and decided to leave the phone off the hook. Eventually, he hung up, but not without muttering “idiot” under his breath.

Got a call from this number while I was out at work today, but they didn’t leave any voicemail. Had a look on this site and it pretty much confirmed what I thought. Cheers for that!

I was checking out some numbers that had rung me and came across this one. I think they didn’t get a response because we usually don’t pick up if we don’t know the number. Plus, if it was something important, they could always leave a voicemail, right?

So I got a call, guy sounded Indian, said his name was Harry or something. He was quite polite, talked about some government finance deal - mentioned £1000 or maybe £4000. Felt a bit dodgy to me, probably just trying to scam and steal info.

I kept listening and then, all of a sudden, a woman’s robotic voice came on and said, "goodbye," but there was nothing spoken before that and no one was there.

This number keeps calling me over and over again. It’s so annoying!

An individual with what sounded like an Indian accent rang me up, inquiring about someone who resided at my address a decade and a half ago. When I mentioned that she had since relocated, he probed for my name. I informed him that I was registered with the Telephone Preference Service, to which he promptly hung up. It seems to be a scam of sorts, so I’d advise against answering such calls!

It’s quite amusing, really-when I attempted to ring back, I was informed that the number was incorrect. Clearly, it’s a dodgy operation. I'd advise against bothering with these scammers; they’re clearly not worth your time!

I received a call from a woman with a distinct Indian accent who rather bizarrely informed me that I had passed away! Naturally, when I tried to return the call to figure out what on earth had happened, I was met with the response that I had dialled the wrong number. It’s quite clear these are scammers; save yourself the trouble and don’t engage with them!

I received a call while I was out, and when the person discovered I wasn't available, they hung up on me. Upon trying to return the call, I was informed that I had misdialled. Quite peculiar, really!

I missed a call from this number while I was out and decided to ring back using a different phone to identify who was trying to reach me. Strangely enough, BT is claiming it's an invalid number. Quite peculiar, if you ask me, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's just another scam attempt. The number in question is 0192 50033197, and I believe the 01925 prefix belongs to Warrington.
