A lady rang me, insisting she was from Microsoft, stating there was an issue with my computer. When I questioned her honesty, she raised her voice quite dramatically! Just a fortnight later, I received another call supposedly from Microsoft. This time it was a chap who turned out to be a scammer too, and he also got quite agitated when I pushed back on his claims.
