For a good twenty minutes, they put on a rather convincing act, claiming to be representatives from the ABI, which is the Association of British Insurers. But it quickly became apparent that they were merely opportunists, given the way they communicated. I posed a few queries to them, and they were utterly lost for words until they finally admitted they'd have their legal team step in to assist me in pursuing compensation for a mishap that occurred nearly two years back. I've since chosen to block their number and reported them to the genuine ABI for their dubious practises.
