Some bloke named Ali rang me claiming he was from some place called RTS assistance, talking about accidents I supposedly had in the past three years. The connection was awful and it felt dodgy right away. I played along and told him I’d had a couple every year with the latest one just last week, which seemed to excite him enough to pass me to a supervisor. She said she had all the info about the other driver and that the compensation claim was massive, saying she already knew everything. I mentioned I had twelve passengers with me, which she strangely confirmed matched her records, then I asked about the accident itself. I said it was because I’d hit a deer and wondered how their bloke had claimed. She didn’t seem too happy about that.
