Got a call from this number claiming to be from Therma UK, an energy-saving firm. They said they want to check windows that are older than 10 years for an "energy efficiency assessment". When I asked for their company info, they just wouldn’t give it. The same woman called me twice in a couple of months and said she’d only started the day before and didn’t know the company’s address! When I asked how she got to work without knowing the address, she said she got a lift. Sounds dodgy to me, definitely feels like a scam.

I've had a couple of calls from this number claiming they're linked to an energy conservation outfit named Therma UK. Apparently, they want to swing by and assess your windows if they're a decade old or more, all in the name of an "energy efficiency check." When I pressed for their company info, they flatly refused to divulge any specifics. The same caller, who has rung me two times over the span of two months, insisted she only just joined the company yesterday and isn't privy to the address yet. I found it rather amusing when I asked how she got to work without knowing where she was heading, and her response was that someone gave her a lift. It’s all rather absurd, and it's a clear red flag-if a cold caller is dodging questions about their legitimacy and spinning such a transparent tale, it's obvious there's something dodgy going on.
