Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent, he said his name was James Parker and he was from BT. Claimed my router got hacked, and every time I connected to the internet, someone was leeching off my broadband. Then he suggested the best move was to cancel the service if my line was at risk. He sounded a bit deflated but ended with “Alright, thank you madam” before hanging up. Quite odd really.
