There was a long pause before a lady with a South African accent said she was calling from Connect Group couriers. She even knew my first name and the number started with 01924, which is local to me. When I tried ringing back, all I got was an automated voicemail with no mention of any company. I always thought Connect Group operated out of Ireland, not Wakefield? Anyway, I've blocked the number now.
