Someone rang up saying our firewall was hacked and BT internet was at risk. They wanted us to get on our computer so they could sort it out remotely!

Some bloke rang me claiming he was from TalkTalk and said there was a serious problem with my router, said I had to talk to an engineer right away. I just told him to jog on and ended the call.
