Someone rang me saying they were from Virgin Media, saying my internet speed wasn’t right. They then asked what sort of router I was using. When I said that info should be on their end and I wouldn’t share it over the phone for privacy reasons, they just hung up. Seems pretty dodgy to me, like a scam or something.
