Received a call claiming to be from BT Openreach, stating they needed to verify my internet speeds. They insisted I download an app onto my phone, which had no clear ties to BT. I started to feel quite uncomfortable with the whole situation. After hanging up, I tried reaching them again, but the number was unreachable. Quite unsettling! 😟
