He goes, “I’ll show you how to test it.” I cut him off, “Nah, I know how already.” I ended the call, but weirdly he didn’t hang up. Funny thing is, I had actually called BT myself earlier about internet issues! What are the odds? I got back to BT afterwards and they said nothing was up on their end.
