I got a call from someone saying they were with BT. They asked a few questions that made me wonder if it was genuine and not just annoying me. Still felt a bit off though, pretty sure it was a con call. Credit to them, I was convinced for a solid 3 minutes! Can't say for certain it was a scam, but I played it safe anyway.
