Somebody rang up saying they were from 02 and wanted to discuss my account. I usually get calls like this, but never from a Watford area code. Honestly, I wasn’t completely sure if it was a real person on the other end. It felt a bit robotic because there was a pause before they spoke, and the call quality was quite poor. Overall, it just didn’t sit right with me!
