They claimed to be from a car insurance company, but it was definitely a scam.

The number showed up as possible spam. When I picked up, they said they wanted someone called (first name mentioned). I just said alright without really saying anything else and before I could say more, they ended the call super quickly. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

They claimed it was something to do with forex trading, saying I had signed up online somewhere. Total scam. When I asked to be taken off their call list, they just said they weren’t able to do that. I told them no thanks and ended the call.

Had three calls back to back all from different numbers, but the accent sounded pretty much the same, like an Indian one. I just hung up while the bloke was still chatting away.
