So I got calls from loads of different numbers sayin I had an ongoing PPI claim, but I just ended up hanging up on all of them. Can't be bothered with those sorts of calls!

I've had several calls from this number. Whenever I answer, I say a quick hello and for just a moment I can hear some sort of music playing, but then there's nothing-no one responds. If I try to ring back without revealing my number, I get an automated voice, quite distinctly American, informing me that they're screening calls, particularly those from unknown numbers. After that, she just bids farewell and the line goes dead. Quite peculiar, to say the least!
