It felt as though I was being contacted from a rather bustling call centre. The background noise was quite overwhelming! They claimed to represent the FRC and tried to pitch some sort of online training programme.

So, I decided to call back to find out what was going on. Turns out, they said they’re from FMC and that they offer online courses.
