In reality, they manipulate the information you provide to secure multiple mobile contracts in your name for high-end devices. They keep tabs on their orders using their own email accounts and then follow up once delivery occurs, alleging that there's been some sort of error, and that you’ve mistakenly received someone else's items. They provide addresses for you to 'return' the phones through your local Post Office, hovering near these locations to intercept your packages and pilfer the devices.
