I've been inundated with calls from this number lately, and to be honest, it’s becoming rather exasperating. Given that I'm not in the greatest of health, having to drag myself out of my seat, only to find there’s nobody on the other end, is seriously testing my patience. It’s a real nuisance to receive 3 to 4 of these each day! Can't they just give it a rest?! 😤😤😤😤

I've had this number call me a few times now. Today was the first time I picked up, and some bloke with an Indian or Asian accent was on the line, swearing at me and calling me a rude name. I didn't respond, and after muttering some more nonsense, he hung up. I called back to find out who it was, but it just went straight to some automated message. Really don’t want any more calls from this number. It was a pretty unpleasant experience, to say the least.

It's just a clever trick to get you hooked. They'll start with something like "Have you been in a crash that wasn't your fault?" and all that rubbish.

A woman, speaking with a pronounced Liverpudlian twang, introduced herself as being from DK Legal, inquiring about "the car accident you've been involved in over the past three years" (very specific, isn't it?). She claimed that my information-name, phone number, address, and vehicle registration-had been provided by "the insurance company," yet she couldn’t specify which one, nor even recall when the incident supposedly happened, or what make and model my car is. Not that I truly expected her to have that information! I requested that she erase my details from her records. To her credit, she was quite courteous and offered apologies for any interruption.

So, this woman rang me up with a really thick Liverpudlian accent, saying she was from DK Legal, talking about some "road traffic accident I've had in the last three years" - bit specific, innit? She claimed she got my info - name, phone number, address and even my car’s registration - from an insurance company, but didn’t say which one. When I asked for more details like the accident date or what car I supposedly had, she couldn’t give me any, which I didn’t expect anyway. I told her to take me off their list. At least she was polite about it and said sorry for bothering me.

I got another call today asking if I’d been involved in a car accident. The person on the other end was quite courteous, but it’s still one of those annoying nuisance calls. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.
