Got a call today from someone with an Indian accent, they were saying there was a high amount of usage on my broadband. When I asked for more details, they just ended the call straight away.

This guy called me claiming he was from TalkTalk and gave me some consumer licence number, saying it should match the one on my TalkTalk modem. I told him three times that I’m not even a TalkTalk customer, but he just kept going on. In the end, I had to hang up on him.
