I received a call from someone claiming to be associated with BT Openreach, and they were quite insistent about getting me to switch to BT. They seemed to have a good grasp of their services. But as soon as I mentioned that I intended to remain with BT without looking for ways to “save money”, they abruptly hung up! Quite the peculiar tactic, I must say!
