01922741181 rang me earlier today claiming they were from Benefit UK. I wasn’t having any of it - the moment they mentioned ‘Benefits’, ‘Tax’ or ‘free gift’, my spidey senses started tingling. If it’d been a lady talking about ‘benefits’ and a ‘friend’, maybe I’d have paid a bit more attention. But nah, no chance! Sometimes life just throws these things at you, doesn’t it? Proper pain!
