It appears this might be linked to South Staffs Water. We've just received a final reminder for a payment sent to my mum's address, regarding a property we vacated two years back! After calling the collections number provided in the letter, the chap on the line told us to dial 01922705802 for payment arrangements! Quite odd, I must say, so do keep your wits about you!
